(More customer reviews)I used this once after giving it to my daughter as a gift in April. It seems sturdy enough. One problem though...the blade is pretty sharp at the corners, which scratched my cookie sheets. One must take care. Even then, it's nearly impossible to avoid scratching. For this reason, my daughter has not used it with her new cookie sheets.
