(More customer reviews)The mini madeleine pan is so easy to clean, and the cookies never stick! the only drawback to the pan is that you have to fill each individual mold one by one...very time consuming. If you place the silicone pan on a regular cookie sheet, the bellies of the madeleines will be slightly browned, making for less attractive cookies. Make sure to leave a little room in each mold (don't fill it up to the brim) to allow for expansion of the batter.
