(More customer reviews)I suppose it was my own fault when I read that the jelly roll pans I purchased (4) were stainless, I stupidly assumed that they would be sturdy. They are not. They are thin and not sturdy at all. BUT---they ARE stainless. I guess I learned what to ask next time I "assume" something.
