(More customer reviews)I was very excited to receive my quiche pans, and after the first batch, indeed, the fluted sides give the quiches a beautiful shape. On the downside, the pans rusted after the first handwashing!
I couldn't believe it, obviously, being made in france, I guess they don't use stainless steel.
