(More customer reviews)I expected this to make the "financiers" similar to those purchased in French bakeries. These little teeny financiers are barely enough for one bite. One would have to fill it 12-15 times to bake up one traditional recipe for friands/financiers.

These molds are made of non-stick food grade silicone and are temperature resistant from -40 degrees F. to 500 degrees F. Each multi mold sheet measures 11?" long by 6?" wide. They are reusable up to 3,000 times.
