(More customer reviews)I owned a pair of cheap cookie sheets that were quite flimsy and starting to warp. Since it was obviously time to start looking for replacements, I wanted to take a step up in quality as well. This product from Wilton really fit the bill. It's very thick and solid, has a good non-stick coating and did a great job of heating evenly in the oven. I haven't owned it for long, but so far I have every hope that it will prove durable.
There are certainly a number of similar products on the market but most seem to be much more expensive. Despite the added cost, I can't see that they have any material advantage of the Wilton Excelle Elite. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality baking sheet.
