(More customer reviews)I bought one of these at Kmart a little while back . All I could think of is why would a stand mixer spatula need to be heat resistant to 500 degrees. With that whirling around my head I bought it. I find that I'm using it more for my everyday cooking than for my mixer. It isn't flat ,its got a tilt to it that makes lets say browning chicken and flipping it over so much easier no lost pieces overboard. I'm buying another for the mixer and keeping the one I have for cooking , why? because a gadget junkie can never have enough gadgets.
