(More customer reviews)I bought one of these pans locally to try. I wanted to see how non-stick they were and how successfully small cakes could be removed from them without damage. I loved it but when I tried to buy more, I couldn't find any locally. But I did find them on Amazon and bought 3 more to be sure I had enough for large recipes. I've baked small bundt cakes, flourless cakes and sponge cakes in them. When cakes are turned out, there's a small indentation on top that can hold warm sauce, berries, etc. so you have a very pretty presentation with no work. I've also lined pans with plastic wrap and packed flavored cream cheese mixes into them to firm up. When they're lifted out using the plastic wrap, you have a pretty shaped cream cheese mound for a buffet or hors d'oeuvres table. Great product!
