(More customer reviews)I bake cookies a lot, and the one thing I run out of is counter space for all the cooling racks. This effectively salvages counter space because I'll invariably forget to clear the counter enough and that's risking burning the batch of cookies, which will continue to cook on the jelly roll pan until removed from the pan.
I know that the dimensions are provided, but I was a little disappointed with the size of the racks when I got them. But they're at a great price and do what they're supposed to do - cool and save space. I'll have to use two separate sheets of parchment paper so I can transfer easily to the smaller racks. I think two sheets per jelly roll pan would be just right for transferring to this rack.
One thing though - I've found this sold by a third party for apparently the same price but shipping cost added over the cost of the item. Make sure you're getting them from amazon.com as the seller.
