(More customer reviews)I purchased a Wilton heavy duty sheet pan at a local store about 2 years ago, when I decided I needed more of them of course they weren't available. After seeing these pans which appeared identical, I purchased three of them. I have to admit that these pans are not nearly as heavy as my original, by a whopping 15 1/2 oz! but they do a respectful job turning out evenly baked cookies. They are large enough to accomodate 15 average sized cookies instead of the usual 12 provided you're not using a recipe which spreads too much, and if you are, the large size helps to avoid the inevitable "stuck together" issue that plagues smaller sheet pans. The down side to the lighter weight, is that these pans will warp ever so slightly at temperatures over 425.
